3. Case Evaluation Submissions

3.1 Consent to Share Information

• Share your information with one or more attorneys or law firms in our network who may be able to assist you
• Allow these attorneys to contact you by phone, email, text message, or mail
• Use your information as described in our Privacy Policy

3.2 No Guarantee of Representation

Submitting a case evaluation does NOT guarantee that:

• An attorney will agree to represent you

Attorneys may decline representation based on their independent evaluation of your case, conflicts of interest, capacity constraints, or other factors.

3.3 Time-Sensitive Matters

Legal claims are subject to statutes of limitations and other deadlines. DO NOT DELAY in consulting with a licensed attorney if you believe you have a legal claim. We cannot guarantee how quickly an attorney will review your submission or respond to your inquiry.

4. Attorney Network and Referral Fees

4.1 Independent Attorneys

Attorneys in our network are independent legal professionals who maintain their own law practices. We do not employ attorneys, control their legal work, or make decisions about case strategy or representation. Each attorney is solely responsible for:

• Evaluating whether to accept your case
• Complying with professional rules of conduct and ethics
• Providing competent legal representation
• Managing attorney-client communications and relationships
• Their own malpractice insurance and liability

4.2 Referral Fee Disclosure

We may receive referral fees, advertising fees, or other compensation from attorneys in our network when we refer potential clients to them. This creates a financial incentive for us to refer your information to attorneys who compensate us.

Important: Referral fees are paid by the attorney, not by you. Your attorney fees and costs are governed by your written fee agreement with your attorney, not by us.

4.3 No Endorsement or Guarantee

Inclusion in our attorney network does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of quality, competence, or results. We do not guarantee the qualifications, experience, or performance of any attorney. You are responsible for:

• Conducting your own due diligence on any attorney you consider hiring
• Verifying an attorney's credentials, experience, and standing with the state bar
• Reading and understanding all fee agreements before signing
• Making your own independent decision about whether to retain an attorney

5. User Responsibilities and Conduct
